In this podcast, Dr. Pattraporn Chuenglertsiri, a lecturer from the Institute for Population and Social Research (IPSR) at Mahidol University, and Khaing Zar Lwin, a Ph.D. candidate from the same institute, discuss the relationship between migration and parenting in tandem with their fieldwork experiences in Mae Sot for the project called “Parenting on the Border”. The project is a part of the Global Parenting Initiative for providing parenting support in low- and medium-income countries. IPSR collaborates with McMaster University, Duke University, University of Oxford, Help Without Frontiers, Mae Tao Clinic, TeacherFOCUS, and Sermpanya Foundation for the project.
